- Respond to customer inquiries and orders, primarily through inbound telephone sales activities.
- Outbound selling on demand services, service contracts as well as customer training & education.
- Up selling trade customer to service contracts and therefore manage customer accounts.
- Track customer database activities.
- Respond via email, web, fax and orders in addition to being involved in post-sales activities.
- Carry team quota, interpret and understand customer needs.
- Create Business opportunities and represent the company in all sales-oriented activities.
- Work together with the field staff by focusing on acquiring new customers as well as retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers.
