Descripción
Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Accountant assists the finance team in accounting, office administration and additional duties related to Finance. Participate to special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager .
Some of your key responsibilities will include the following:
Accounting
- Invoicing of the company
- Account payables management: open vendors, check suppliers entries, invoices registration, payment proposals
- General Accounting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Account receivables Management : A/R aging & collection claims, communicate with customers regarding order status, stock product information, etc
- Provide information to auditors
Administration
- Performs various clerical tasks related to finance administration such as; filing, posting, printing, tabulating and typing
Projects
-Participate to special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
