A leading online travel agency of short breaks is looking for a new Area Manager for the Benelux market. If you have experience in Sales and have a native level of Dutch, read on!
Our client is a leading online travel agency in the sale of weekends and thematic trips. It is a young and growing company with a presence in France, Benelux, Italy and Spain. With 65 million euros of sales, the company is actively growing.
Your main goal as an Area Manager will be to develop an effective business plan to increase sales in the Benelux market, which includes hotels in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.
One of your most important tasks will be to negotiate and create a wide variety of competitive and attractive packages with the hotels in your portfolio. You will report directly to your Team Leader about your results in your region.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales results of the company and monitoring of the team
- Design and implement product strategy necessary for Belgian and Flemish clients, working closely with the marketing department
- Responsible for your portfolio of hotels, as well as for the monitoring of your main KPI's and product plans by geographical area and type of hotel
- Propose and implement actions and campaigns to react fast to possible regions with decreasing sales
- Maintain and find new agreements with third parties to increase our brand awareness in the market (press, loyalty agreements, etc.)
- Analyse the sales in your area and make weekly and monthly reports for proper monitoring and establishing action plans
