The GM & Category leader assistant is accountable for: · Supporting the GM for relevant tasks within the segment, such as internal events, office management & management visit organization. · Working with the category team to handle administrative work of our category development plans Organize Initiative deployment events Key Responsibilities 1. Handles office management, liaising with the facility manager to ensure Office is always a great place to work, perfectly set-up for the team 2. Be the single point of contact for management visits managing hotel booking to store check, meals, etc.. 3. Work with the GM on the relevant internal events and handle the full organization, with or without agency (offsite, team activities, OGSM,…) 4. With the category team: a. Help building the promotional menu and plug it into the appropriate system b. Develop & create selling tools (sales folder, coupons,…) c. Follow-up Christmas store by store promotional orders d. Ensure proper information sharing from the tool/system that will be chosen e.
