For one of their several offices here in Barcelona, they want dynamic and skilled people to join their team. Being part of the Customer Service team, your mission as a B2B Customer Care Representative will be:
- Helping your clients: Portuguese restaurant owners and restaurant managers.
- Managing their needs and offering them solutions and guidance
- Managing questions and incidents by phone and e-mail
- Giving technical support for the reservation software and provide your best service to solve software-related incidents
- Making the required changes for the content on the website
