Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, your main responsibilities are:
-Lead and motivate the team
-Manage processes in order to improve efficiency
-Check and control the achievements obtained from the project agreed between the client and the company
-Deal with the complexity of multiple lines of business and regions
-Execute working methodologies in Operational Processes & Standards' project
-Refine our B2B/B2C strategy in order ensure our customers continued happiness.
