To achieve the economical and satisfaction Budget of the outlet
Train and detect talent and future managers in the L&G of the outlet.
To achieve the LPP, based on the expectations and goals of the Executive Committee for the outlet.
Prepare and deliver with the F&B Manager a strategic plan for the Bar.
Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant in an efficient manner, assisting L&G on the floor during peak service periods.
Oversees and directs the entire operation in order to bring about the best possible output from the employees and highest possible guest satisfaction
The person will seek constant improvement of guest service, staff productivity, sales and marketing, property appearance, profit maximization, and financial control
Manages all shifts, which include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents through continual repair and maintenance of the restaurant.
Cash handling: Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards. Conform to cash handling procedures at all times.
