Function We are looking for a billing specialist. Attached to the Billing Manager , you ensure the complete management of the billing process data integrity to incidents related to the platform. Your daily contacts will be the finance department users and all external providers. For this, your main activities are: - Ensure the billing of customers in compliance with defined deadlines. - Identify inefficiencies and ensure of their resolution. - To improve and formalize the billing processes - Monitoring the activity through a reporting on the global perimeter (12 countries). Located in Barcelona, you work with the people in charge of the collectgion, billing and collection.
