- Reservation processing by mail, telephone, fax and front desk. - Reservation management. - Managing of MICE and groups requests. - Problem solving, facing difficulties with reservations, cancelations and modifications. - Product managing, high knowledge of Spain destination products; expert in Mallorca or Dominican Republic will be a plus. - Problem solving, facing difficulties with Special offers or contracts. - Knowledge of Contract reading and understanding of contract content. - Knowledge of Product uploading to system (SPO and contracts) - Following if the system is correctly working for the product.
