As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Identifying high potential lead and existing customers and manage with the sales team accordingly
- Identifying sales opportunities by analysing customer history, trends, and potential
- Managing B2B inbound leads trialling your services and online contact requests
- Making a perfect first impression on phone or over email
- Discovering the leads / customers projects and offer the right solution according to their needs and fitting their business model
- Ensuring that the customer journey is as smooth as possible: from trialling the services to buying them
- Ensure excellent communication and follow up with our potential customer and existing customers
- Managing an existing portfolio of clients taking care of new ones
- Provide excellent account management skills by welcoming, training and doing a quality follow up of your new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with the Support, Marketing and Product Development departments
