Essental duties: Produce accurate and timely reports to support the business such as: - monthly individual country dashboards and KPI reports - weekly market share reports (providing hot spot analysis) - weekly stock reports - targets vs forecasted sales by business unit and country Definition of Targets per season (per country and BU) based on growth% criteria given by Sales Managers Quarterly elaboration of PowerPoint presentations for senior management meetings Providing other ad hoc reports , graphs and presentations to the Business Unit Managers and Sales Directors ( such us Competitors analysis, Sales Reports per country and BU, Year over Year and Quarter over Quarter growth trends,etc) taking ownership in line with business requirements
Degree in Business Administration or several years of equivalent experience Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing ERP knowledge (SAP R/3, Data warehouse) / EDI reporting, MS Office Professional Excellent Excel skills Powerpoint skills Experience in distribution market Independence and strong communication in an international surrounding Highly self motivated Team spirit
