Descripción
As a Business Operations EMEA Trainee your main responsibilities will be:
-Daily coordination of the European platforms
-Active participation in Regional projects
-Identify and develop opportunities to improve service to the end consumer
-Ensure consistent follow up of consumer issues and complaints affecting the business within defined response times and in accordance with central and local policies
-First escalation point for consumer service department
-Ensure all processes and procedures are mapped and applied accordingly
-Carry out training of systems and procedures for the consumer service and make recommendations for personal development training
-Problem solving for all and any type of consumer service queries
-Coordination of special tasks as necessary
