A top Barcelona-based luxury apartment agency is looking for a reservations agent. We need a responsible and reliable person to work exclusively for our Company to guarantee an outstanding quality of service to our clients. You will need to be very flexible to suit this position, please note that 24 hours availibility is required some days of the week. Job description:  Taking care of all check ins/check outs in different locations within Barcelona in a professional and efficient manner, you will travel by motorbike, which will be provided by the company . Inform clients with instructions on how to use all the utilities in the apartment.  Upselling additional services such as cleaning services, transfers.  Prepare all the required documentation to proceed with the guests contracts and payments in the check in.  Deal with phone enquiries from our guests, related with the apartments they are staying at.  Liaise, and give support to the other teams inside the company.  Provide quality control of our properties.  Problem-Solving: Check in agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand.
