The main goal of this position is to manage claims originated in Germany. The candidate will have to manage the reception and validation of the claim documents and the customer service support.
Reception of the documentation to manage claims. Scanning and validation of the documentation in the system.
Sending letters to customers for the claims management (documentation request, reminder, closing...)
Customer service support: information about claim situation, insurance policy and other services in progress
Update of the information in company systems
Other administrative tasks and collection management
Support in other department tasks (welcome and training to new staff members, collaboration with other projects...)
Suggestion of continuous improvements for customers, team and department
