Degustabox is looking for a creative Community Manager to join their young, dynamic and multinational team at the company´s headquarters, in Barcelona. The role is to be filled as soon as possible. The position of Community Manager entails the following responsibilities: • Generate, edit, publish and share on our social media daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action • Relationship building with bloggers • Write articles for the blog of Degustabox Spain • Organise and execute Facebook competitions • Research trends related to the food industry • Customer Service and logistics support • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, via e-mail or Social Media In addition to the above, there are often new projects and initiatives that require input from the whole team. Given the small size of the company and the fact that we are still very much in our infancy we hugely encourage and regularly implement ideas that come from every company employee: being intuitive and imaginative is vital! Essential Criteria: • English Native. I.e. English is your mother tongue and you have lived/worked for at least 5 years in UK. • experience writing/managing a company blog and managing social media channels for a brand • Previous experience in Social media or Customer service • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, tweetdec • Passion about being in touch with people create relationship and strong problem solving skills. • Deep knowledge of social media channels in business level • Good time management and organizational skills • Teamplayer, Organised and resolutive • Customer service sensibility, kindness, helping approach • Social Media, Marketing, analytical skills • Logistic operations If you are looking for a flexibility whilst working alongside a young and dynamic team and want to undertake a challenge with a high learning curve then don´t hesitate to send us your CV!
