Job Description We are looking for a senior SD Consultant and team lead for the industrial area for a client in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector (Beverages). You will be leading the engagement through the phases of strategy and plan review, business blueprinting and delivery. This project will require you to lead a mixed team of 10 internal and external consultants on an AS/400 to SAP Migration. The Role: • Liaise with the client to align requirements, approach and solution design. • Manage SAP project lifecycle in the area of order to cash with specific focus on SD, LE from design to implementation including documentation, testing and training. • Hands-on configuration skills in SAP ERP, SD, LE, EDI interfaces, IDOCS. • Integration with LE, MM / WM beneficial. • Beverage industry experience appreciated. • All candidates must be willing to travel to client sites within the EMEA region. Skills and experience:   • Degree in Computer Science, software development, business administration or similar qualification. • Experience in Industrial engineering, telecommunications, engineering and / or informational systems. • The ability to structure and process complex data and apply the CompriseIT methodology to successfully deliver our projects to budget and within the planned timelines • A proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints • The ability to assimilate appropriate ideas and actions • Strong stakeholder management • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • The ability to facilitate discussions, analyse and deconstruct problems, develop structured solutions and catagorise challenges in the project environment. • SAP configuration experience on a minimum of 5 full implementations • Project management experience of 5 full SAP implementations
