Requisitos: Education and experience · University degree or equivalent qualification · Project management certification (Prince2, Agile) an asset Essential Criteria · Experience with CRM solutions: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Blackbaud, SAP CRM or the like · Significant experience in change management and general understanding of process integration · Experience in process improvement and/or integrated systems implementation · Experience in building up and leading a project team · Practical knowledge of process management and definition methodologies · Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders · Experience in end to end management of large projects in a complex environment, including vendor management; minimum 3 year experience · Ability to understand the needs and constraints of operations and to navigate in a decentralized governance environment · Availability to travel occasionally · High command of English and Spanish
