Our client is an international company working for a Digital Service Provider, designing solutions and operating customised processing services for payment, from their office in Poblenou. They provide their clients all around the world with payment solutions and extra services to make their payments safer.
For their customer care team, they are looking for detail-oriented and empathic candidates, who want to help people during their travels, trips and holidays.
As Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Responding quickly and accurately to requests to block lost or stolen debit or credit cards (24h emergency service)
- Answering questions over the phone or by e-mail from your different clients around the world
- Making sure that the right cards and accounts are being blocked
- Changing customer information and processing the payment and blocking procedure
- Maintaining a good relationship with your customers and processing their changes
