Our client is an international company working for a Digital Service Provider, designing solutions and operating customized processing services around payment, from their office in Poblenou. They help clients (B2B) all around the world regarding questions, administrative tasks or problems with their payment machine or ATM machine.
As Customer Care Agent (B2B), your responsibilities include:
- Answering questions over the phone or by e-mail from different clients
- Providing clients with information about their payment machines once there are problems or questions
- Doing various administrative tasks
- Giving advice and providing your clients with solutions
- Maintaining a good relationship with your clients
