About the job
As the main point of contact for many customers (passengers) and airlines, the representative will be in charge of:
- Handling inbound emails, calls and chats from passengers and airlines
- Contacting passengers and airlines by email and phone
- Creating and managing passenger files from beginning to end
Skills required
- 1 position Fluent in French and English; and any additional European language is welcome
- 1 position native in English; and any additional European language is welcome
- Dynamic and pro-active
