We are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader with a native level of French to work for a multinational e-commerce start-up company that operates across Europe. Candidates need to have experience in customer service management and excellent communication skills. Your main responsibilities will be to motivate and lead the customer service team in Barcelona.
As a Customer Service Team Leader,your objective will be to motivate and lead the Customer Service Team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead your team of around 10 international agents
-Work with managers to set targets and KPIs for the customer service department
-Coach and support your team- design personalized training programme to support and drive your team members towards their professional growth
-Bring your own ideas: Roll out new processes to improve customer support, find innovative ways to solve problems and guarantee an excellent customer service experience;
-Effectively manage conflicts and change with positive results;
-Analyze, plan, organize, control and troubleshoot work activities and processes.
