As a Customer Service Team Leader,your objective will be to motivate and lead the Customer Service Team.
Your main responsibilities:
-Lead your team of around 10 international agents
-Work with managers to set targets and KPIs for the customer service department
-Coach and support your team- design personalized training programme to support and drive your team members towards their professional growth
-Bring your own ideas: Roll out new processes to improve customer support, find innovative ways to solve problems and guarantee an excellent customer service experience;
-Effectively manage conflicts and change with positive results;
-Analyze, plan, organize, control and troubleshoot work activities and processes.
