Requisitos: What we are looking for: · You have successful track record in and passion for people management; · You have minimum of 2 - 3 years previous management experience in a customer service environment (ideally B2B); · You have experience working in an international company under pressure and with high volume workloads; · You are a Native French Speaker and fluent in English · You have Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with CRM tools; · You have excellent communication skills, verbally and written.
