Duties & Responsibilities Screening of sales order details using SAP tool Research using searching engines on line Decision making and recording of the information found Escalation to team leader when appropriate Access to SAP transactions in all European entities to extract relevant details Answering the phone and e-mail requests from European countries
Detail oriented Possesses very strong investigative and analytical skills Possesses good verbal and written communication skills in different languages Able to assume responsibility and make sound, appropriate decisions under pressure Must be flexible to work on a variable shift schedule 5 days a week, including some weekends and Public Holidays. Knowledge of broad business practices, risks, and internal controls, not requirement but desirable English speaker
