We are looking for a proactive, hard-working and motivated candidate to handle Payroll and HR Services for the Danish market.
Main tasks:
-Manage payroll vendor
-Control payroll input versus output data, make trend analysis, explain differences
-Reporting, payments and declarations to authorities
-Help employees on enquiries about their pay-slips, contracts, absences, etc.
-Manage the time-keeping system
-Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley guidelines
-Represent the organization in case of internal or external audit
-Support legal changes or company programs impacting payroll
You will interact with company personnel at all organisational levels and will be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.
