Requisitos: Requisitos We are looking for a person who has the following skills and abilities: Languages -Native level of English or German or Norwegian or Chinese (must be native speakers for any of these languages) Experience -Experience in a Customer Service Environment -Outbound calling sales/telemarketing experience -Forum monitoring experience is desired -Account management experience is desired Technical Skills -Average speed of 30 to 55 typed words per minute -Demonstrable analytical skills Soft Skills -Intellectual dexterity -Strong customer orientation -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrate passion for customer service -High integrity - Being passionate about games and able to work in a flexible and fluid environment where the job will evolve over time -Able to work in a team environment with maturity -A curious and fast learner -Availability to work in rotative shifts (day/night/weekends/bank holidays)
