Importante multinacional fabricante de electrónica de consumo requiere incorporar a un Especialista de Logística. Mantendrá constante contacto con fábricas, proveedores, y equipo comercial de la compañía. Éstas son las funciones detalladas del puesto: Import/export activities • Manage relationships with shipping Lines and manage ETA informing Sales/Customers and Wh • Contact with factories and BC • Communication with insurance companies for imports events and follow reimbursement from insurance • Collect and check all the documents needed for the import activities of the products • Send to custom agent import documents • Follow up operational issues with Custom office • Creation into SAP Inbound Delivery from NON HQD factories • Follow up PSI with BC • Management of import in SAP Sales Orders process • Orders entry, transmission and status in SAP system • Follow deliveries of products and troubleshooting to the final customers • Follow deliveries problems and communicate to the Logistic supervisor • Management of customers claims and problems related to deliveries • Deliveries booking with Customer and Wh • Prepare delivery plan (to customer or to WH) • Management daily operation with 3PL • General Daily support to Sales Team, sales Agent and customers • Daily Issue invoice to customers and send by postal service mail • Monthly sales report to sales agent • Daily contact with Financial dept to release order blocked Return orders management • Return orders creation and follow in SAP • Confirm products receiving in warehouse in SAP system • Manage events in warehouse, communicate to the Logistic Supervisor • Follow return/refusals order process and customers claims • Participate to the cycling/annual inventory taking if required Invoice booking • Follow 3PL invoice booking in WEB • Follow payment procedures
