•Manage the incidents that may come up during the delivery process
•Network equipment delivery and pick-up
Incidents resolution
•Check with the customer that the incident has been solved to their satisfaction
•On-site incidents resolution with the assistance of the wire-up technician and the network operator
•IT support and assistance to exhibitors
•Report the status of incidents to the operator
