Requisitos: Requirements:
Apart of having a fluent level in French and English, you must have experience in an environment with a customer focus as strong as ours. An IT helpdesk background while useful is not essential, although you should have an understanding of MS Windows, Active Directory, MS Office and call logging ticket systems. An excellent telephone manner,good listening skills, an enthusiastic attitude and an organised mind are all essential.
