We are seeking a professional with an exceptional service attitude for the position of Moonlight Welcome Desk Agent (NIGHT SHIFT). The Welcome Desk Agent is responsible for providing our guests with a flawless arrival experience and wishing our guests a fond farewell upon departure. Responsibilities include checking guests into and out of the hotel, posting charges to guestrooms, verifying credit cards, balancing a bank at the end of the shift, distributing information to guests in a timely manner and assisting guests with any questions and concerns.
