A front-end developer to deliver a number of exciting and innovative projects within Imersivo, which will incorporate mobile and gestural interaction. The person we are looking for is passionate about creating informative, enjoyable, and inspiring media installations. As a core member of the Imersivo team, they will collaborate with interaction and visual designers throughout each project’s trajectory, undertaking various responsibilities, including prototyping, planning, creating software architecture. YOU MUST BE/HAVE: Two years of experience as a front-end developer or UI/UX designer A proficient JavaScript developer, using existing frameworks to build dynamic data driven interactive web experiences. Experience in programming apps using NodeJS, AngularJS and/or ReactJS. Experience in using version control systems as GIT. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. An effective communicator that successfully collaborates with users and product owners. Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills Advanced user in tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Fireworks, InVision. Experience in organizing focus group and prototyping A versatile, practical, pragmatic worker capable of working autonomously and as a part of an interdisciplinary team. A user experience focus: after all we are a UX-driven company. NICE TO HAVE: BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics. Experienced in programming mobile apps (iOS and Android) and web services. Experience prototyping web applications using FramerJS or any other prototyping library. Experience working with network protocols: TCP/UDP, and other higher level protocols like OSC. Experience deploying web apps with IAAS providers: Heroku, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure. Experience working with databases such as NoSQL or SQL. Compensation: Depending on the candidate's experience and value.
