Requisitos: It is necessary to manage the following points: - Act as a system owner and primary contact between Zurich and Bloomberg - Build up and maintain an excellent and fundamental understanding of all system and business processes related to Bloomberg AIM and their specifics and share this knowledge with the team members - Collaborate with projects, internal initiatives and country specific customer demands by providing know how and expertise covering financial topics as a subject matter expert and business analyst. Support (actively) and conduct documenting processes in terms of process documentation, functional descriptions, business user guides or other manuals. The candidate need to develop and maintain effective working relationship with: - Bloomberg and other vendors (OMGEO, SAP FSCM) - Fund managers and other Bloomberg AIM users across all Bloomberg AIM locations, including CIO's, dealers, compliance officers and operational staff.
