Requisitos: We are looking for customer service agents to work for an exciting project on behalf of a technological innovative company where innovation and invention is at its heart.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer telephone calls/enquiries received by the contact centre to the mutual benefit of both the business and customer.
- Effectively use systems provided to diagnose faults, leading to the appropriate action being taken.
- Where necessary arrange repairs/order parts through Customer Service systems.
- Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers, such as direct sales and accessory sales.
- Communicate company policy regarding guarantee and service aims to customers.
- Handle and resolve general correspondence (emails and letters) in a competent and professional manner, recording both the issue and resolution electronico/ally.
- To be accountable for parts and service provided (be they under guarantee/warranty or as a gesture of good will)
