Reporting to the team leader, the main functions are:Give technical support to customers and clients.Interact with a company's customers to provide them all the information.To provide service to the client via phone, web and e-mail: receiving requests, resolving complains finding the solutions to them.Inbound International calls.Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.Developing feedback complaints for customers to use.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as customers needed.

Excellent fluency in spoken/written - Native German is a mustHigh level of English is required.To be proactive and responsible.Fast and accurate typing skills as well as a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.To be customer oriented.To be a good communicator and be a fast learner.Immediate availability.High level of another European language is a plus.
