-Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
-Experience in acquiring and developing new accounts
-Hold business level conversations deriving customer need before positioning product & price
-Strong personal interest & curiosity in IT products and applications
-Real capability to listen to customers
-Ability to conduct effective qualification skills, to ensure that they gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs,

-Strong sense of customer service/TCE
