Apart of having afluent level in German and English, you must haveexperience in an environment with a customer focusas strong as ours.An IT helpdesk background while useful is not essential, although you should have an understanding of MS Windows, Active Directory, MS Office and call logging ticket systems. Anexcellent telephone manner,good listening skills, anenthusiastic attitudeand anorganised mindare all essential.
