We are looking for a Global Trainer that will be responsible for training within the EMEA region and South-Africa. Our candidate should love to train people from different nationalities and have experience in managing sales profiles. This role would include traveling to all offices worldwide, in order to train new agents, team leaders, and vendors. As a Global Training Specialist, your main responsibilities include: - Liaising with regional and local contacts to identify and validate training and enable requests directly within SAP - Organizing a training plan, setting up training and finding subject experts within SAP to participate - Giving training for onboarding employees worldwide, as general sales and selling techniques (Level 1 and Level 2) and vendors worldwide - Execute Tele-Web and online training sessions for employees of all offices, clients, and vendors - Building your network with all offices around the world (EMEA - CEE - UKI) - Producing training plan based on monthly needs and validate with vendor tele teams - Conduct a bi-annual audit to ensure tele-teams have completed the pre-requisite training. - Build quality program in accordance with SAP requirements - Providing regular updates to the Tele Operations team on upcoming plan and an overview of what was done past month - Perform assessments and knowledge measurements on delivered programs - Developing the training programs and implementing creative ideas for improvement - Plan and deploy training + coaching activities and communication to appropriate audiences for maximum training impact
