Job Purpose: To manage the day to day master data execution activities of a 5+ data management team and deliver high accuracy and integrity of master data. Accountabilities: Leads daily one of the Master Data Management teams (5+ Data Management assistants & Data Management Analysts). Looks for, and supports improvement initiatives with regards to Material Master Data quality and productivity of the data management team. Executes key tasks in Material Data Management : Price updates, add new materials, integrity checks, etc. Spokesperson (operationally) to the countries across the EMEA organization.
Knowledge: Language Skills: English (verbal and written) plus one other European Language preferred. 3 years of experience in master data management or adjacent area. 3 years of management shaping and leading a team. IT product knowledge is a plus SAP ERP System knowledge (MM area) is a plus Skills: Good team player with experience of leading a team Ability to consistently meet and over achieve on targets and deadlines Proactive and self-motivated Analytical, to use data effectively and improve processes Meticulous, attention to detail Organised, with ability to plan & juggle multiple priorities Good IT skills, MS Office (advanced user in Excel, Access db) Managing Accounts and Files Understands IT jargon. Ability to express complicated and involved information in a concise and articulate manner
