As a first level Helpdesk Agent, you will be providing IT solutions services to end users: -Provide Excellent Customer Support -Answering incoming customer calls/emails and help clients with their IT technical issues -Follow up and solving IT incidents -User Management -Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations
