Requisitos: Must have the presence, judgement and skills to influence line managers at all levels and to advise on the HR implications of change.

Excellent collaboration skills and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

Bachelor degree in HR area (i.e Industrial Relations, Business Studies) is an important pre requisite.
Fluent in English and Spanish both oral and written is a must
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of significant experience within human resources preferably in a multinational company
