1. Job Purpose
The role is to deliver day to day financial control of the country's payroll
activities as much as building the AOP and forecast processes according to business assumptions
The HR controller collects and analyzes payroll data to identify important trends. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the data is accurate and presented it in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key stakeholders.
2. Accountabilities:
- Collects, analyses, updates and reconciles payroll and benefit data ona monthly basis;
- Analyses bonus payout in regards to country/business performance
- Examines and verifies payroll, benefit, leave and position control data
for accuracy, appropriateness and documentation;
- Analyses and interprets trends and operating results in terms of payroll costs
- Independently establishes regular monthly, quarterly, and annual
payroll reports, prepares ad-hoc financial estimates, budgets according to AOP and forecast processes, and analyses, and ensures that they are all analysed, commented, and reported according to the
instructions received from finance
- Enter relevant Financial objectives and achievements In the BCT
(bonus calculation tool) for bonus calculation purpose
- Answer employee questions or doubts regarding bonuses, etc.

- University degree in Business Administration / Labour relations
- Previous experience in Payroll tasks preferable
- Strongly analytical approach in daily tasks
- High focus on details
- Previous SAP experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Dynamic, autonomous individual
