Our client is a multinational company based in California with their headquarters in Barcelona, with more than 40 years of experience in an industry sector.
As a HR Generalist, your responsibilities include:
- Administrate the payroll process for multiple countries
- Administrate and promote employee benefits schemes
- Ensure private and confidential data is kept secure
- Support the HR Team with Recruitment & Selection procedures
- Facilitate the on-boarding process and leaver administration
- Follow up of HR Database and Reporting
- Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries
- Facilitate the organisation of meetings and other activities
- Develop HR best practices
- Carry out general administration tasks for the HR department
