We are looking for an experienced HR Legal Payroll Specialist for a famous Fashion company based in Barcelona, who will be in charge of the French Speaking market. French and English are required and experience with payroll and labor law system. Inside the HR Department, you will be in charge of the French Speaking Market. As a HR Legal & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for: - HR Administration for France, Belgium and Switzerland: - Payroll (consolidation of payroll information, accounting, contact with the external payroll provider, etc..) - Legal (contact with our lawyers, responsible for disciplinary procedures, optimization of contracts, legal advice to managers and HR BP...) - Administration (legal declaration, DUE, contracts, etc..) - Contacts with employees (explanation of payslips, corrections in the system if needed etc...) - Reporting - Maintain the communication between the different points of Sales, HR POS team and the local country HR agency. - Ensure the proper enforcement of current legislation
