Requisitos: Main responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment across company departments. - Advising company managers of market conditions, best practices, candidates and generally facilitating the recruitment process. - Proactive search for potential candidates from multiple sources (blogs, job boards, business networks, events, etc.). - Interview, screen applicants and conduct reference checks. - Coordinate pre-employment travel, relocation, reporting dates and employment processing. - Maintain relationship with universities in order to spot and hire talented students. - Must be delivery-focused and enjoy interacting with candidates on a daily basis.
