For their hub in Barcelona, they are looking for a talented Sales Manager who could create a new team of Inside Sales that will work at international level.
As an Inside Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Build and lead a team of 8 Inside Sales
- Implement new strategies and processes and improve the existing ones
- Ensure a correct and productive work of the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish KPI's for the sales team, ensuring high level of work
- Be in constant contact with the others Sales Managers in order to give excellent results
- Offer knowledge of sales and team management
