As Inside Sales Team Lead, you are a key the success of this project, as you will be accountable for the performance of team members aligned with the agreed KPIs for each region. You will achieve this by:
-Monitoring the activity of all team members, ensuring the daily/weekly/monthly activities and funnels are aligned with expectations;
-Coaching and Training the team members to improve results, providing 1-1 and group feedback;
-Motivating the team to increase engagement;
-The localization of general scripts and methods to adapt them to each region;
