We are looking for Insurance Assistance Agents with native level of French, excellent level of Spanish and intermediate level of English to work for an international insurance company based in the heart of Barcelona. As Insurance Assistance Agent, you will be located in the French Travel Assistance International Department of the company where you will have main responsibilities such as: - travel Assistance related to international emergency medical cases (80%) and dealt with other travel assistance cases (20%) - receive inbound calls from clients - help with problem solving - supply all the necessary information - attend the customers needs - provide excellent customer service
