For more than 150 years they have been breeding and marketing high performance varieties for the modern farmer. Function As an International Financial Controller you will be working in a Shared Service Center, being part of the financial team. Among others, your responsibilities would be: -Lead yearly financial planning process of (15) affiliates in our region -Revise budget and quarterly results (including YE closing) to elaborate Forecast-1 and Forecast-2 to give managers the tools to react to the evolution of their business -Reporting Budget and Forecast to the Head Quarters and BU-Controlling for global consolidation -Give support and guide local Controllers -Implement working standards in the countries to simplify and improve reporting to support Management -Provide local management all kind of financial information needed for the execution of their work/decisions -Analyse and update cost center structure to ensure consistency with the actual business processes -Take leadership on supervision of one BU within the Controlling scope
