As an International Team Leader your responsibilities include: - Building, managing, encouraging and inspiring the current multi-cultural B2C team in order to ensure required service levels and cost efficiency - Refining B2C strategy in order to ensure your customers continued happiness - Investigating, developing and implementing best practices to increase productivity - Ensuring a great, consistent customer experience that matches the company´s brand and voice - Overcoming geographic and cultural distances to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure compliance with business policies - Dealing with the complexity of multiple lines of business and regions - Setting up objectives for your team and following up their achievements - Managing the productivity and satisfaction of your current and potential clients - Client retention and satisfaction through the desired service level - Reduction of costs and increase in productivity
