Requisitos: Requierements: -CFGM/CFGS or equivalent. -Spanish (fluent), English (able to write documentation), Portuguese (nice to have). WORK EXPERIENCE WITH: -Windows 7, Linux, Mac OS X, Google Collaboration Apps, Jira Active Directory maintenance. - Mac and PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android). - Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, WIFI - Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users - 2 years of experience working in a Windows environment.
